HSBC Premier cardholders will receive complimentary VIP lounge access or airport concierge and fast track service when making their travel arrangement with Altitude Luxury Travel. Economy and enhanced economy passengers will start their trip in style in the relaxed surroundings of an airport VIP lounge while business and first class passengers will be met from their vehicle and fast–tracked through all airport procedures to their lounge and on to the aircraft.

Your airport concierge and fast track service will include:

– Meet and greet service outside your departure terminal.

– Porters to transfer your luggage to check–in

– Avoid the queues and fast track through check–in and security procedures

– Escorted to your airport lounge and on to the aircraft before boarding

Terms & Conditions

  • Holidays must consist of flights and minimum 3 nights accommodation from our Platinum Portfolio of four and five star hotels.
  • VIP lounge access and airport concierge are only available at selected locations.
  • VIP lounge access and airport concierge will be offered at the first international departure airport. If no service is available at the first international departure airport we will offer the same services at the return journey international airport (where available).
  • No discounts or cash alternatives will be offered if VIP lounge access and airport concierge is not available at the departure or destination airports.
  • VIP lounge and airport concierge service terms and conditions vary between locations. Full details on these conditions including child restrictions, groups, maximum stay, opening times etc are available at the time of booking.
  • VIP lounge and airport concierge service will be confirmed approximately two weeks before departure.
